Accommodation Confirmed

So it is a little over 10 days until I arrive in Barcelona and I have received details about my flat. I will be living in the "Sants" neighbourhood of Barcelona.

A little research has shown me that this is a quintessentially catalan neighbourhood where you will find few tourists. It's a real  traditional catalan working class community nestled just a stones throw from the main Estacio Sants train station which connects Barcelona to the rest of Europe. It's also conveniently connected to the L1 metro line which services the city centre and International House where I will be studying.

Market Hostafrancs is also situated in this neighbourhood. It is one of the oldest covered markets in Barcelona and is a great place to check out a less chaotic traditional catalan market.
